HabitVault — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

HabitVault ("the app") is a habit-tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: the app collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere.

Data we collect

None. HabitVault does not collect, transmit, or share any personal or usage data. The app has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no analytics.

Where your data lives

All data you create — your habits, daily check-ins, streaks, settings — is stored only on your device, in the app's local database. It never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any server. We have no servers, and we cannot see your data.

Network access

The app works fully offline and does not request the Internet permission. It contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no third-party analytics SDKs.

Permissions

The app requests a single Android permission: VIBRATE, used only to provide haptic feedback when you interact with the interface. No other permissions are requested.

Export and import

You can export your data to a JSON file and import it back. This happens only when you choose to do so. Exported files are handled by your device's own sharing and file system — the app does not send them anywhere on its own.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data, it collects no data from children either.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
